Sexual harassment in the workplace can happen anywhere and is more prevalent than you would imagine. This training course has been developed with HR and HSEQ professionals to ensure it reaches the requirements they require, and to be in line with the Worker Protection Act which came into force on 26th October 2024.
The content of this course is very important and is delivered adequately for the most part, but unfortunately there are numerous spelling mistakes and at least one instance of wrong word usage (“incident” instead of “indecent”) which makes this course feel unprofessional. The ethics of using AI generated images aside (I deplore it personally, but I will not discuss that here), there is at least one instance of incorrectly spelled words in an AI generated image which furthers the unprofessional feel. Overall, the course could have done with proofreading before release, and I am disappointed that I wasn’t convinced that humans had any major part in making this resource. I hope the next course will improve on these mistakes.

The course has multiple spelling and grammar errors throughout (including spelling ‘unemployed’ as ‘unemplymed’ as the only word in a standalone image). I hope that the presence of obvious minor errors doesn’t also imply carelessness around the more important factual content. Its an important topic and its disappointing to get the impression its not been taken seriously.
