Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace – Employee

Sexual harassment in the workplace can happen anywhere and is more prevalent than you would imagine. This training course has been developed with HR and HSEQ professionals to ensure it reaches the requirements they require, and to be in line with the Worker Protection Act which came into force on 26th October 2024.

This learning course empowers learners to identify the behaviours which constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace.They’ll gain an understanding of the 3 different forms of sexual harassment and what actions in the online space can also be considered sexual harassment.
